Lookers Ford Guiseley

I would not recommend Lookers Ford Guiseley because I left the garage without car tax, upon getting home noticing several issues with the car including the level of coolant in the car being dangerously below the minimum. No owners manual or service book in the car. The finance was set to a date that wasn’t convenient to me. I’m left to try and change this on my own. In the meantime I have to now travel about 70 mile back to the garage to try and get ever sorted out.

Lookers Ford Guiseley made the purchase very easy. Was kept informed during the delivery wait. Car was ready and perfect and on time on the collection date. Thanks Paul

My experience at Lookers Ford Guiseley was positive because the dealership had a more traditional family, friendly approach rather than the brash, clinical more modern showroom. All staff were polite and helpful. The only negative was difficulty of access due to the busy road and the volume of vehicles in the car parks making customer parking problematic.
